Weddings:

  1. Wedding dates must be coordinated through the Pastor's secretary and the Church Calendar. All church activities will take priority over wedding ceremonies not previously approved and added to the calendar.
  2. If a minister outside the church staff is to conduct the ceremony, this is to be arranged at the time the wedding is placed on the calendar, with the approval of the Pastor.
  3. A wedding director must be used. Wedding directors not associated with the church must be approved.
  4. EHBC church organist and/or pianist are preferred for weddings. If another is to be used, the musician must be approved by the Min. of Music. All music for the wedding must be solely Christian.
